    Answer: 100pcs per model for regular order,1000pcs per model for OEM order.

  • 2Question: Can you put my brand name (logo) on these products?

    Answer: Yes, of course. We have more than 8 years of OEM manufacturing experience.

  • 3Question: How much do I need to pay for your OEM service?

    Answer: No need to pay extra cost for our OEM service when your order quantity up to our OEM MOQ.

  • 4Question: Can you put my brand name (logo) on these products when my order quantity less than the OEM MOQ?

    Answer: Yes, we can. Just need some OEM service cost , the cost is according to your order quantity.

  • 5Question: What payment method do you accept?

    Answer: T/T, L/C, Western Union,Credit Card etc.

  • 6Question: What is the lead time of your products? (How long do you need to prepare my goods?)

    Answer: 1-3 business days for sample order,3-10 days for MOQ order, 10-30 days for mass production orders (based on different quantities).

  • 7Question: How will you deliver my goods to me?

    Answer: We always ship sample order and MOQ order by Express ( Door To Door), such as DHL,UPS,Fedex... to enable our customers get their goods rapidly. We ship mass order by Air, Sea,Express, according to customer's choice.

  • 8Question: How long do I need to wait before my goods arrive?

    Answer: 5-7 days for air freight, 3-5 days for international express. 20-40 days for sea transportation.

    Answer: Our raw materials are purchased from qualified suppliers. And we have a strong quality control team to guarantee our products quality.

  • 10Question: How long is your products quality warranty?

    Answer: We provide one year factory quality warranty.
